No, I think he was an unemployed social studies teacher before he got a job scamming stocks. He and both his firms should have their asses sued off for the money he has wasted. You know he has admitted he was throwing out outlandish price targets just to get noticed from the pack. He isn't a moron, he is a crook. -ng
