They're hypocrites. Why would they file a federal lawsuit if they don't want to take them away? Do you believe Gore? I don't. He just knows he can't do it in one step, politically. They're working on a multi-front, "incremental" approach toward a total ban.

If they succeed in arguing that it's a privilege, not a right, it can be taken away at any time. Then, it would only be a matter of time.
