GORE COULD WIN ELECTORAL COLLEGE WITH LATEST POLL RESULTS, BUSH LOSES SUBSTANTIAL GROUND

Latest results from Reuters show that Gore could easily win 285 EC votes. Gore leads in Washington (+11), Pennsylvania (+23) and Michigan (+18) and is rapidly gaining ground in his home state of Tennessee (+11). Add those to Gore's 222 EC votes that are considered 'safe' by Reuters and you have 285 EC votes for Gore.

Florida has moved out of the MOE. Bush's claims that he is gaining ground in CA are not supported by the polls. It appears taht the Bush camp is beginning to feel desperate.

The right doesn't claim to be against some involvement like the left. The left is hypocritical as usual in their objecting to only conservative church-state issues.knc
