It seems to me from reading the report EFNT attempts to follow standards....BUT....there are some big players who've not followed standards. I don't see one of AWRE's customers as not being for standards....SO is it ALA or Globespan???

I would say Globespan and their CAP technology. Cisco has sold Globespan's CAP for a while. I think it is also for those unusual networks that need IDSL for long distances or special business needs for Video conferencing, etc. Cisco loves to charge a ton of money for those companies that have special needs and require unique solutions. EFNT is probably just saying that they want the big demand hitters that cover the majority of the customers.

Also their R&D increased 222.4%, which, included third party consulting and prototyping. ???

??? is right! That is very interesting. Have you made a guess at who is the third 10% contract contributor to Aware? I am really stumped, but hopeful.
