The company obtained approval for a OTC:BB, (Symbol SHGPF) listing in 1995, however, this listing has remained essentially inactive since that time. In 1998-99 Sharpe completed a form 20F in order to improve upon corporate disclosure under SEC regulations to allow the company to trade its shares in the US.
