Only 7 percent of schools in Florida accept voucher students. You're having big problems with the voucher program in Florida, and on Nov. 7 voters in Michigan and California are expected to overwhelmingly reject vouchers. The idea makes for nice sound bites for GWB, but it ain't even close to what its proponents argued it could do.
