In Jefferson with 25 years they retire with 88% of their pay check & full medical!

Hmmm... didn't know that.. Combine that with Social Security benefits..... wow...

Beats the military retirement system... soldiers with 25 years get 75% as I last recalled...

I have to admit that I haven't looked at anything other than base salaries as a measure of whether they are being compensated properly.
