Brian, can you believe, "we wanted to position it [the video camera] outside the men's room"!!!!. Yes, Brian this is another statement from none other than VSEA SLAPP witness, Ms. Jane Crisler: FALCON: Did you have any discussions with Mr. Moro as to how the filming would be accomplished? CRISLER: I think so. FALCON: And what did he tell you? CRISLER: It was a discussion on the positioning of the camera. FALCON: And what did he say? CRISLER: That we wanted to position it outside the men's room to see out -- we wanted to position it outside the men's room.
