Okay, just ran across this...it is a good bagger for the holidays. Candy Coated Pecan Halves 1 Cup brown sugar 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla dash cinnamon 2 1/2 cups pecans Combine the two sugars and sour cream and cook to a soft-ball (234 degrees) Add vanilla and cinnamon and beat until it beginns to thicken. Add nut meats. Stir until well coated, Turn out on well butter cookie sheet. Separate into pieces. Makes 2 dozen. Walnuts may be substituted.
