Flapjack dead wrong . If you saw the 60 minutes episode on the Kansas schools system you saw the liberals dream come true. An inner city school given all the money in the world. They were given more than any school district in the country and it didn't help one bit. There scores didn't improve at all.
Funny if your a religious fanatic you believe prayer will answer everything. If your a liberal fanatic you think money will solve everything. I know chant the mantra "Smaller classes" "money" "smaller classes" MOney" . keep repeating it over and over. Will make you have hope,
