It certainly does help. I'm in the ongoing process of refining my intraday skills to accommodate the behavior of the market. I tend to gravitate to the macro view of economic and world events as my overriding filter for where I think the markets are headed - but I still like to make a little $ during the day if the momentum is in my favor. 8-) Thanks, Reid - and feel free to explain any other nuances of intraday behavior you find useful to monitor. I'm always learning!
