When do you think the Fed will cut rates?

If not this year end, probably next year. They have to cut no matter what.

How much are these tech stocks worth if the economy is going to slowdown or even continue to 2.7% growth with lower investment spending and the stocks are prcied for perfection?

Nothing is perfect. And no one knows what they should worth for. More importantly, no one wants to see any collapse, which is pretty much your own agenda.
