At this point I think it is clear INTC is not happy with rmbs and clear they are working on their own memory. Additionally, I think it's clear both companies are negotiating the clause that allows INTC to bail earlier then 2003.

Like you said, even if true, rmbs makes lots of money in lots of other ways, but remember, we are talking about a short term time capsul. Regardless of the "truth", the FUD alone could linger for quite some time. Thoughts?
