Sting-Ray,

Heck if I know. When the market/index moves from a pivot point as it appear to be happening with the NAZ today, at least so far, I then just go day-by-day looking for clues.

There is one clue. The SPX is now approaching CLASS 2 SELL territory per my short-term technicals. Once/if the SPX gets to a short-term top(CLASS 1 SELL signal), there is a chance that the NAZ sector rotation rally may stall. Another possibility when the SPX gets there, is that the DOW intensifies it selloff bringing down the SPX, but the NAZ still continues up. So my answer still stands - heck if I know.

Looks like our DIVERGENCE INDICATOR is working, and that the sector rotation reversed from the DOW to the NAZ, at least for now.
