Do you realize that if you take the latest poll numbers, it's a dead heat tie for the Presidency. In other words, if you give the following toss-ups to Gore: Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Washington, Maine and Arkansas, it'll be a 269-269 tie. Doesn't a tie vote go to the House to settle? If that is the case, Gore should be going to California, not to carry California but to turn 3-4 seats to the Democratic side of the aisle. Anyway, it looks almost certain that Nader will affect the outcome if Gore loses in states like New Mexico, Oregon, and Wisconsin.
