Hi Probart. The downtrend is still in tact and, IMO, upward resistance is still strong. What could be considered encouraging is that there is a series of higher lows (if we take out the blip down from the other day (pretty light volume). I think that this stock needs time, more than anything else. The sector is out of favor, the small caps aren't very strong and this is still a relatively new stock. High risk but I agree with the high teens/low 20s target in the 12-18 month range. Downside in the high 6s would be my guess. my 2 cents, fwiw. mh
