If one *was* foolish enough to play the long side on RMBS, the present dip is the one to buy. The first hour run gives you a good idea of how many dip-buyers are out there. If you buy a retest of $37, it's likely that you could nab over 15%. You might only get a $39 entry, but even that could yield generous rewards.

I'll be buying this dip, alright, but it's just to return those slips of paper that I borrowed. <g>

yep...i think such a jump is highly unlikely in the short term. the market has too many unresolved issues to contend with...not the least of which is the continued complacency.
