You do have a fertile imagination. Phan isn't a former partner and there isn't much that is not in the court records already. Possino attempted to use HRCT for one of his schemes and Phan finally caught on and stopped him resulting in bad blood and litigation. Possino is the one who is still in danger of being the target of the feds for stock manipulation - an activity he continues to this day.
Not much profit in his snitching on himself.
