I am very encouraged by Agilent's moves in this area. Everyone knows that semiconductors have been driving growth for many companies right now, but diversification into other high growth areas such as gene chips are going to enable a company like Agilent to smooth out the cycles and provide more consistent long term growth. I don't own any Agilent yet, but I am seriously considering buying a little soon.

Is the California Tech Newsletter a paid subscription or free someplace?
