Repeat of my earlier post on SH. To ALL: Comments please, RE: CWQ position in Texas. I did a quick run down on the Coleman Warren/Thurmond #2 well, using the No,s from Commonwealth NR,and my query to CWQ. My calculations of CF after payout. 700,000 CFGD x 4.65us MCF = $3,255.00 98.6 BOD x 26.00us BBL = $2,563.60 TOTAL = $5,818.60 per day x 365 = or $2,123,789.00 annually @ 5% W.I. $106,189.45 per annum . too CWQ. Currently 2 wells in production =x2 . Projected capacity for 10 to 12 wells. NOT TO SHABBY I'd say, adds to the btm line. Kindly take a whack at the numbers see what you think !! JMHO Respect., Gerry
