Tony, note that the responses are coming out, and no one is denying anything in the report.

"There is no change to our strategy of using Rambus memory" in more powerful computers, Intel spokesman Tom Beerman said.

"I am surprised at the reaction. There is absolutely nothing new (in the report)," said Gary Harmon, Rambus Chief Financial Officer. "It used to be that if Intel sneezed, we would get blown up. That should be no longer the case."

It appears that the market is finally getting around to the concept that Rambus may be depending completely on a positive resolution of the SDRAM and DDR lawsuits for most all of their revenues.
