HJ, Neither. It's amusing that fixed income analysts are fighting it out with equity analysts. From my past observations, fixed analysts used to pay more attention to the balance sheet than the equity analysts.

ML has an accounting professor on staff. He should chime in. BTW, ML doesn't seem very interested in AMZN bonds -- no active research from what I can tell.

Blodget/Noto can run on a ticket of IVIL/ASFD.

No need to vote, just watch the stock price/chart. Shot-term buy signal was flashed last friday, 20th. That's all you need.

And if you really want to vote, wait till Nov 7th.
