yep...more often than not, that's how their panic cycles resolve. the hangover usually doesn't take long to arrive either.

the old economy is back...isin't it perfectly justifiable to pay 40 for a pe when you used to pay a 100 just a short time ago, thats a saving of 60 pe's !!!
