stribe, sorry I missed your original post, you make me feel like Jonathan Joseph <gg> -- I decided this AM to only go back 2 pages of posts and I missed quite a few over the weekend.

I think that the Computer Gaming World item is significant because they apparently had a 1.5 GHz system, probably DELL, and not just a beta motherboard.

EDIT - perhaps the same system prototype unit that DELL allegedly sent to PC World and then withdrew! (As you also reported)
