>>>Yeah, gore and hillary both have refused to appear once on the O'reilly factor. why should Bush help liberal ABC's ratings?knc<<<

You mean "fair and balanced" O'Reilly? A man who prides himself on his own lack of spin while in the process of spinning his own pride? OK. But I remind you that O'Reilly is not the criteria. But NBC news is an important one. Yes, you should know, it was NBC--not ABC!

Actually, there's more on that this evening. After getting flak I'm sure for not appearing on NBC last night--after all, this is pretty much why I now got so many messages in my inbox--Bush showed up today. Again, however, he objected to the format. What was the format? One question each night, to the two major candidates, leading up the the day of the election.

So Bush showed up on NBC to take a few questions today. meanwhile, Gore will be taking 'em every night into the election.

So, appropriately, Tom Brokaw asks Bush about the American Academy of Actuaries charge that Bush's numbers were fuzzy. Bush responded by blasting Gore for criticizing his numbers. How ironic, and how provingly shallow of Bush was it, when Brokaw HAD to step in and remind Bush it was the American Academy of Actuaries, not Gore, making the charge of fuzzy numbers. Well, to anyone not a GOPwinger, Bush sure looked funny responding to Brokaw's correction.

And it's precisely due to such shallowness and avoidance that Gore will win come election day, especially when it comes to the electoral college vote! Big states count, don't they?
