The volatility thing can't possibly be true, Ted. Supreme flackmeister Edelstone has declared RMBS involatile. See Message 14539558 , which also illustrates the internet tail chasing typical of Rambus "news". As opposed to news under the conventional definition, which is always derided as FUD in the Rambus parallel universe. Somebody later denied that that bit actually came from Edelstone, but if it didn't, it sure is a good imitation. Dan.
