HG, actually I noticed this morning that I hold more SDLI than I had remembered! No wonder I was bouncing around so much. I have it for the arbitrage difference in the price of JDSU and SDLI, where, when the merger is done, SDLI owners get 3.8 JDSU shares. So, if JDSU is 80, SDLI should be 304. I have heard some convincing assurances that the merger will happen. Of course, until it does, who can be certain? But, SDLI is strong on its own, so the risk is somewhat muted.

Regards,
Tom
