Yes it was removed by Intel. The original link to the roadmap was posted by The register. Once Intel was notified that the roadmap presentation was online they removed it (I don't think it's standard practice for them to post their roadmaps online so it may have been a mistake). The Register did write a couple of articles about it. I suggest you search in The Register web site for Intel and Servers. This was quite recent.
