That's a good piece of insight that you had into yourself, and one that will save you a lot of money in the future. Most people are into this asymmetrical thinking, wanting to buy every dip. On the way up, that is good. On the way down, it is not. Just like those who kept trying to pick the top all the way up. I just don't understand it, but I think it's from a deep psychological need to be right. And that is NOT what trading is all about. It's about making money, when risk is worth the reward.
