China or Korea must have put out another press release saying that the "ministry of communications by non-carrier pigeon methods" is now claiming that they are making all decisions concerning cellular communications. They are entertaining bids for wireline connections for cellular phones, but are unsure how to deal with all of the wires laying about in the streets and all of the potential knots as people walk around with their portable phones. But they have come to the conclusion that wireless communications simply have no future.
