I cant choose stocks for you or give advice. I can tell you that technically speaking cmrc looks like it can achieve $70 within days although its momentum indicator shows less "potential" total upside as compared to scmr.

Other than that they are fairly tight in comparison. scmr has the "potential" to reach $90 but perhaps a little slower move over all than cmrc.
