Hi coulda - I can't speak for others, but I wasn't shaken :) --- not sure about the poster though :). Message 14697440 I ve never shorted a stock, so I don't know how these people think. I suspect there are knowledgeable shorts and clueless shorts. The former probably has hedge in place. The latter thought it was a easy game. Well, not anymore! The dilemma here for the latter is to cover or not to cover AH, if AHT is available. OOH, if they cover now, they minimize the loss. OTOH, if they wait until tomorrow, they have a chance to cover at a better price if the stock seeks a retest. However, there is no telling if the stock does a gap up and never see the support again for a while. In that case, the sky is the limit! best, Bosco
