No, I don't know the answers to your questions, and I'm not getting the answers from the only source available to us, Mr. Glass. Therefore, I'm inquiring of the SEC of my rights. Makes sense to me. If I don't have a right to have phone calls returned by the company; if I don't have the right to know the answer to the questions we've gone over, than I'd like to find out without spending a couple hours at a law library. If you'd like, change my "complain" to "inquire of" the SEC.

In any event, I don't imagine Glass gets tons of calls from people like me and I find it rude, if nothing else, that he won't return my calls. Most companies have an IR dept., but KDUS is a one man shell. I just wish I didn't have shell shock from trying to find out a couple answers to simple questions that would take a couple minutes of his time. [g]

BTW, I thought of emailing Merck to find out the status of the appeal, but their website is not very user friendly, and after 10 minutes of navigating, I gave up. I suppose I could call them, but I'm not optimistic that an IR person would be motivated to get the answer for me.

Meanwhile, why anyone would sell KDUS at these levels is beyond me. Do they want a tax loss? Not a whole lot of volume....
