OPEC Pres says oil will stay above $28 until end of Q1

Translation - They've done all they can. Don't expect any more increases out of OPEC near term. Hey maybe you guys should try drilling for your own oil?

Many analysts have been raising oil price estimates for 2001. Earnings should follow.
