To Buy or Not to Buy?

Now stocks like CMGI/YHOO/ICGE present huge risk for both buy or not buy.

If you don't buy, CMGI could easily run to $50 before year end. You risk miss easy money and big win. However if you buy now, it could also easily drop to $12 by Christmas. You risk lose big.

This is a dilema for everyone. The market direction will be determined by the combined wisdom of all market players. My guess is that the market will move higher, much higher. Why?

Think about you as a small investor and play with your own hard earn money. I guess you will not chase issues like CMGI/YHOO/ICGE when it runs up because you fear to lose your money especially you already lose big this year. Then think
about you are a money managers with other people's money. I guess you will get into the market with both foot because you fear miss the rally. Preserve capital never pay anything to a fund managers. Only big % return give them glory and
decent year end bonus.

Now it is clear that the Nazdaq will move higher, much higher, because fund managers have no choices but chase issues like YHOO, CMGI, HLIT, and many others.

My two cents.
