You are right that Clinton and Gore will try to do something dramatic this week. The budget issue is being created by Clinton, with probably Gore's knowledge and approval, trying to make the Republicans look bad. We also may very possibly get a "wag the dog" type scenario to display their Presidential handling of things. Pretty disgusting.
