Hi Ian - I don't know about our friend here, but actually I think shorts are very important to the longs. The longer they stay shorted, the stronger the bounce. S/S has a 12 month horizon and I ve forever. I'd like to keep the up fuel as tightly packed as possible! Of course, I wish no harm to the shorts, even though we are on the opposing side. The best they can do is to hedge their positions, naked short may have too much exposure :)! best, Bosco
