Personally, I would rather have the product work like they keep saying it would, and the upgrades to take place when they say they are going to, so that customer support wouldn't have any crap to put up with.

i don't post much, you are my first response. :) if you treat customers like paulr1, when a competitive product comes along (eventually one will) I would suspect quote.com will experience a mass exodus after the attitude exhibited by some of the support staff that post on this thread.

maybe they should have kicked your ass after you posted this:
