Are you referring to drop in current assets? Note that current liabilities dropped a similar amount to yield close to the same net position. Also, NA business seems OK. No position right now. I took a profit on the first run over 3.

Quite a surprising quarter, actually. Sales sucked, but they did a remarkable job of slashing SGA costs back to 1997 levels, resulting in a better than expected EPS. The strong US sales growth combined with the sale of the European division make this an interesting investment at this point. I guess we'll have to wait for the 10Q for any information about the breakdown of sales though.

Carl
