Your observation that KEM moves with NASDAQ and not on its fundamentals is true. I find that the fundamental component will contribute to a greater extent to the stock movement. What I think will really happen is that the stock is a value stock right now that will convert to a momentum play or a growth stock as soon as there is a sustained upward movement beyond the mid-thirties.

I know investor psychology. As soon as the stock hits 35 , you will have buyers who will say, "Ah yes, this is some great overlooked stock that will be growing to the sixties". It will be then that you will see a buying frenzy up until the end of the year. There will be a Christmas rally in the stock.

As I predicted in my earlier posts, I feel that the stock will hit $50 by the end of the year.

I feel that we are reaching bottom as Charles Payne noted that there has been higher lows in the fits and starts of the last two months.

You have made some great observations. The stock moved nicely today. Let's see if we get any follow-through.

I don't take the rule 144 filing as a negative due to the relatively small number of shares (60K) . It could be bullish in that the insiders know that in 90 days, there will be a significant price appreciation in KEM. I agree with this read on the situation.

I still believe that KEM will be $50 by year's end.

Ron,

I agree that KEM's fundamentals are the big story; however, KEM's recent earnings announcement was a fiasco. The forward guidance they gave in their earnings announcement was obscure, and they did not offer a conference call that might have helped clarify things.

I don't think the company has to do PR above and beyond the call of duty, but I think their failure to meet the call of duty has penalized the stock price by creating a greater fear and uncertainty discount.
