Re: "Bandwidth glut. Fiber shortage." I can't exactly recall but I think it was you who mentioned the fiber in the wrong place? Is it the case of the fiber going from A to B over a right of way which was logical long time ago, (along a gas pipeline for ex.) but today new fiber routes have to be pulled over a route that, from today's perspective, looks more logical? Would that explain Glut and Shortage happening cumulatively?
