Here's one for you: The DJIA is now up more than 1100 points since its intraday low on Oct. 18 (8 trading days ago). This struck me as the fastest 1000 point move ever in the Dow.... but it wasn't even the fastest this year. The fastest 1000 point move in the Dow this year that I could find was March 14 to 20 (counting intraday numbers) and there was another in the temporary bounce off of the April 14 lows as well. The periods which followed those quick moves were not pleasant, as you all may remember..... OneMagicalDumbledore
