excellent point cellhigh...and I recall that when Ruiz was interviewed on cnbc the other day he was not asked about royalties.

Cellhigh, Yeah, I know. It's just that I've never witnessed something so flagrant. How could something so conspicuously wrong be espoused by both CNBC and a major brokerage firm. It seems a lot like the Emulex situation. Could it be possible that Micron could be behind some of this? I've heard some things about their management. Maybe they're true.
