I did know it. I sold three-quarters of my position @ $330. Then, after the 4-for-1, I have my original share position

Since January, however, you must admit that the debate has changed a bit. The debate use to center around the commercialization of RDRAM. Now, the debate seems to center on whether or not Rambus owns S-DRAM and DDR-SDRAM. Consequently, placing a price-tag on Rambus is becoming more difficult.

I merely interested in the comments of others. What they think is possible. What are the odds that this case goes to trial? What are the odds that Rambus loses its patents?
All this must be factored in.

The Agreement, which includes an up-front license fee and quarterly royalty payments to Rambus, is effective for shipments of licensed products by Samsung beginning July 1, 2000. The first royalties from the Agreement will be recognized by Rambus in the current (December) quarter
