what was quoted as the price difference between DDR and RDRAM?

The price quote on mymemorystore.com was:

128MB plain jane PC133 SDRAM $ 109
128 MB unbuffeered PC2100 DDR $ 182
256 MB registered PC2100 DDR $ 420
256 MB PC800 RDRAM $505

It looks like price differential between registered DDR and RDRAM will not be much more than the 15% RDRAM die size penalty to me. I repeat again both memory devices were listed as 184 pin Rambus memory.
