owA.M. - I am in in travel status and didn't see the market action until I got to lodging, well after market closed. However, the fact that Nasdaq was oversold, especially in the techs and tax selling was about over, the move was not surprising - just how strong it was. We were pretty well convinced we had hit a bottom with dow at 9600 area, but nasdaq was bullied as long as people believed that the fantastic earnings in the techs were just a figment of the imagination according to bearish analysts. You can't do a VSH report of 1.22 earnings and not get some people to wake up sooner or later.

I look for DOW to start softening as it went up on tech money and if tomorrow follows through in techs, watch the money come back out of dow into techs again.

I'm traveling again tomorrow and then house hunting, but looking for a decent followup. ACRT and SILI made nice rebounds today as did IDTI. PLCE made a nice breakout from base as well from what I saw in chart run tonight.
