Zeev, I reiterate my position but I want you to differ.
TA seems almost worthless on the BU$$. For example I seem to recal you recently buying at 68 or so.

There is a serious attack on the BU$$ now, but long term I doubt it will matter. The lawsuits will hold up or they will not. I really doubt that anyone knows right now what the DEC-JAN ruling would be on Infineon.

I see todays news as a positive. BUY LOW EXPECTATIONS NOT LOW PRICES. Expectations on the BU$$ are about as low as they have been since MAY. Still - who knows what the ruling will be. At some point - (This morning for instance) a leaps buy, protected by short term puts would have put one in an extremely low loss situation with enormous potential. I was not here to capitalize on it.

Why do I say todays news was positive.
1) INTC will not cash in on warrants
2) INTC still needs RMBS short term
3) DDR is likely Rambus anyway
4) DDR is higher royalties
5) INTC will have to break agreements with RMBS and start paying royalties like everyone elase.

I believe #5 is the key!!! And that is source for INTC comments as of late.

Zeev, RE: GV, you must have forgotten EMLX being talked down from above $100 to $45 on "just talk", but by now, someone should have come to the fore and negated that talk, only INTC can do that, I wonder why the silence?

Note, of course, that with EMLX, there was a fraudulent misstatement of fact.

If the EBN article was on that level, then there would have been quick repercussions against Robertson, and quick denials from RMBS and INTC. None of that happened.

That's why I surmised that there was some fundamental basis for both the article and the drop.
