Good question. Hey, give something on which to hang my hat. I've been feeling like Captain Ahab lately. Could I be going down with the ship? All the reasons to hold rambus seemingly neither matter nor are reported. Frankly, Dr. Hed may be right. Either Craig Barrett or Mark Edelstone--or both--need to make an unequivocal statement regarding Rambus. Otherwise, the general press won't let up. Hey, it's news, right or wrong. Tom Costello doesn't think it's his job. He just reports it.

cellhigh:

why would samsungs ddr products be labeled rambus ddr on mymemorystore.com's site?

To be honest I can't offer a reason why if it is a mistake. Otherwise, it must have been a condition imposed by RMBS on Samsung if non RDRAM licensing agreement is sercetly in place already.

I check every few days and it hasn't changed since SKU's were listed a few weeks ago. Edelstone statement that Samsung is next leads me to believe it is going to happen by Comdex Monday 11/13, 11/20 P4 release date or that old RMBS favorite, the day before options expiration date 11/16???. I surely want to be as long as possible as cheaply as possible until then.
