GH, Now where cooking! Seeing that my experience in the oil field is zilch I have to rely on people with considerable more knowledge on this matter than I. The purpose to putting foreword the Gross numbers is to stimulate debate on this very subject. If I applied my worldly expertise <g> I would be using a yardstick of 20% overhead, operating and contractual costs but I'm sure the industry has their yardstick and maybe some one would volunteer that info here! Keep in mind that as window shoppers we are not privy to all the info, we can still estimate reasonably returns that one would expect after pay back. Any Body know where the yardstick is ! All in All these returns are substantial to CWQ. Comments please! Gerry
