Your argument might hold water if one were to assume that corporations would use the tax savings for constructive/altruistic purposes. In fact, often the opposite is true. The more money a corporation makes, the more it then leans on its workers to produce more, so as to make the rich richer. That has been my first-person experience, based on three decades in the American workforce.
